Two Tiffanys celebrating what they love by giving it a stage and using their voices to spread the word.

Benny DIAR paints Amandita Garcia

Benny DIAR (@BennyDIAR) is a graffiti artist, and has been an artist for most of his life. He is very talented, often has a positive outlook, and he is incredibly inspirational. He began writing graffiti at the tender age of 11, and was active all the way up until February 2008, when he was a victim in a bad car accident that left him paralyzed from the neck down.

A lot of people would give up what they love when they can no longer function with the limbs that were used for their craft. Not Benny. Since then, he’s been doing everything he can to regain as much of his independence as possible, while adapting to his new way of life and remaining fully dedicated to art, and its other mediums outside of aerosol. He now uses acrylics and paints by mouth. That is a real artist through and through.

Every time I see him post a new piece on social media, I am impressed. That can be said with his most recent project. Recently, DIAR worked on a body painting project with model Amandita Garcia. The process was filmed and edited by JRG Photography and Sweet Tooth Tony. Check it out below.

11″x17″ posters from the body painting session are available at CLOUT. You can also find clothing from his DEATH CHEATER brand there.
