(2) About Your Submission. Tell us about what it is you’re sending us. We don’t need a complete autobiography, but something brief about yourself and your art/music/project will suffice.
(3) Links To You. How can we contact you if we need to know more? How can we direct others to you?
(4) Your Submission. This may seem unnecessary to list, but we’ve often received submissions without the actual submission. So check and double check that you’ve covered all the bases!
