Robyn will be performing at a the flagship H&M store in NYC this Sunday, June 19th, 2011 in what was supposed to be a secret show. Now that the cat is out of the bag, this is mega for fans who were not able to see her previously on tour with Katy Perry, or who won’t be able to make it to her T5 JFK performance on that coming Monday. The show will be free and is scheduled to start at 12 pm SHARP! So if you’re in the NYC area, make sure you get there early as space is limited.

The fellas of RUDE PAPER along with their Super Live Band rocked out M-Pub in Korea recently and their set included tracks from their smash EP Radio, as well as classics like Bob Marley’s No Woman No Cry. This must have been a great experience for anyone in the crowd, as Koonta’s energy is contagious. If you happen to be in Korea, I definitely would make it a mission to see them play live. I know I will.
The vibrant colors and insanely fresh styling jumps out at you from the crisp photographs of this Brooklyn born artist whenever you come across one of her pieces. Neef Fresh is her name, and as a self taught photographer since 2008, her work has been steadily earning her much deserved praise with every passing year. As the stylist for most of her shots, her personal style is reflected through and through, as her moniker states, it’s FRESH.
I can’t get over how awesome this video is. The simplicity gets me — from the suited Jamie Romain playing his instruments in the middle of the deserted road… to the lead singer/rapper of A Band of Buriers (James P Honey) walk forward from the darkness… and then the group of individuals dressed in black slowly walk to sing ghostly background vocals. The beat is incredible, too, with the deep heart-beat of the bass drum and dramatic runs of the cello. So much power.

MoJae of FREEZ is in the midst of his 1Day 1Muzik in Twitter mixtape project where he is releasing one track per day on his Soundcloud as free downloads. The South Korea based rapper and producer, who also goes by the name Big Era, has already released 12 tracks, each announced via his twitter and at only 18 years old, he’s definitely proving himself as one to keep an eye on.
