Nocando is an underground hip hop artist from the Los Angeles area. He’s also a resident MC at Low End Theory every Wednesday night. He released his debut album, “Jimmy the Lock“, earlier this year (January 26th, to be exact) on Alpha Pup Records. With a total length of just over 40 minutes, it also features artists VerBS, Busdriver, Iron Mike Eagle, and Nick Diamonds. Beats provided by producers like Nosaj Thing, Daedelus, Thavius Beck, Free the Robots, some scratching from Gaslamp Killer, and more.
After the jump is Nocando‘s video for “Two Track Mind” that features Busdriver.
Nocando is an experienced hip-hop soldier. With a witty style and open voice, Nocando’s raps are unpredictable, funny and lean towards social commentary, although this MC is just as likely to tell you about a wild night on the streets of LA as to make a point about the fallacies of the music industry.

As an artist, my focus instantly went to the graphic art / flash work that was put into the bodies of the girls. Oooweee. Love me some Busdriver too. Dope track and video.

Also check out the video for “Exploits and glitches” here.

That video had me going. I liked that. The hook is damned catchy (as is Busdriver’s delivery, do you agree? N-i-c-e. ) The flash work on the girls–wow. Like you said.
Dude had me cracking up, though. “I’m trying to get paid… but I might get laid…” And a cheap shot on Chris Brown for the win. Hahahaha
Now I know of Nocando and Busdriver, and am all the richer for it. Awesome. Thanks for sharing this, Tiffny.
